“ We drop in here a couple times a month for the big bargain Cheeseburger n Fries, and Boneyard RPM IPA. They have a $7 Bloody Mary and daily shot special for those who like that level of intensity. The former party room is now an Advantis Credit Union; and the larger middle room is dedicated to quiet gaming, with 6 Oregon Lottery machines. With a Cop Shop next door we never worry about parking in back. So glad that they stayed open thru the Pandemic - and that Laurie Brekken is still involved in making service and quality great. The 72 Lombard/ crosstown bus is right outside, and this old building is ground level accessible, so come as ya are and relax with others who also do. Sometimes less is more. ”
“ Was hungry for breakfast and saw that Darcy's was open at 8am so I stopped by on my morning walk. Egg sandwich was solid. Staff is friendly. Music was good, and they were playing some mechanic reality show on the tv. They have a whole section set up for the Oregon lottery behind a wall that I didn't get a chance to check out. Overall I would recommend swinging by this place. It's a nice little college dive bar. ”
“ I work down the street and I enjoy coming to Darcy's on my lunch for a cheeseburger. Ingredients are always very fresh and the burger without a doubt is always tasty and cooked to perfection. I don't drink so I can't be the judge on the alcohol but if you're looking for good bar food, I'd stop by. ”
“ I was craving a burger like no other a few nights ago, and found this place on yelp maps! What I ordered: - Cheeseburger with a side of fries - Patty melt with a side of onion rings I went in and ordered, and was told it would be about 20min. So I sat at the bar ad for a drink! They were pretty busy, and it looked like only one guy was working tables at the time, and I must say the service was really good! The set up in the place is kind of confusing because one part is the bar and one part is a tv area thing (I think?) But after about 20min, I got the food and took it home. I was SO happy when I opened my box!! Giant burger with fries! Exactly what I was craving! And it was DELICIOUS! The patty melt was also DELICIOUS!! I heard they are good for breakfast also, so I'll have to give that a shot sometime! But I HIGHLY recommend their cheeseburger and party melt!! ”
